Then she saved me another ~$40 on shipping! I was going to use UPS overnight on Friday, she convinced me that Priority Mail would get it to us on Monday for $40 less. Sure enough, here it is on Monday! Plug and play! We had 3 computer towers, 2 laptops, and a game console up and running in less than 10 minutes. Your customer service is awesome too, hubby had a question on security, and a real person answers the phone at 10PM. I wish more businesses truly had their customers interests at heart like you obviously do. Thanks”
