The gentleman, after directing me to the router setup page, informed me the new firmware had not been loaded on the router. He also instructed me on how to download and install the new firmware. Plug N Play and we were up and running in about 90 seconds! On Monday evening we called and Karen was very patient in assising us with security settings. The MBR1000 is an awesom device, and Wireless&Wifi make the entire experience a pleasure. Wish that more online merchants provided such a high degree of service.”
