I was going to use UPS overnight on Friday, she convinced me that Priority Mail would get it to us on Monday for $40 less. Sure enough, here it is on Monday! Plug and play! We had 3 computer towers, 2 laptops, and a game console up and running in less than 10 minutes. Your customer service is awesome too, hubby had a question on security, and a real person answers the phone at 10PM. A rebate was offered with the product and a copy of the sales receipt was already attached to the rebate form, so all I had to do was fill it out and send it. I called WirelessNWifi, the lady I spoke with was exceptionally nice and sent me the model that would work for me and only charged me the difference and no shipping charges and told me to just send the other one back.
