The gentleman, after directing me to the router setup page, informed me the new firmware had not been loaded on the router. He also instructed me on how to download and install the new firmware. I was up and running within 5 minutes. What do those Sprint Advanced Technical Support people know? Obviously nothing. The reason I am sending this check is I have felt guilty all week, as I bought the router from someone else. The place I purchased may be experts, but their expertise does me no good whatsoever if there is no one answering the phone! Your guy (Dennis?) seemed pretty expert to me, indentified a corrupt firmware file, walked me through the download and update process, as well as helping me connect 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the router.
