The place I purchased may be experts, but their expertise does me no good whatsoever if there is no one answering the phone! Your guy (Dennis?) seemed pretty expert to me, indentified a corrupt firmware file, walked me through the download and update process, as well as helping me connect 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the router. If no one had answered the phone who knows when I would have finally made contact with the store I bought from, since I work in a secure facility where phone access is very limited.”
