Alrighty then, you guys are good! First of all your rep (Kerry ?) talked me out of spending nearly $100 too much on the most expensive router (MBR1100)! Then she saved me another ~$40 on shipping! I was going to use UPS overnight on Friday, she convinced me that Priority Mail would get it to us on Monday for $40 less. Sure enough, here it is on Monday! Plug and play! We had 3 computer towers, 2 laptops, and a game console up and running in less than 10 minutes. Your customer service is awesome too, hubby had a question on security, and a real person answers the phone at 10PM. I ordered my router at about 4PM on Saturday, took advantage of your free shipping, and it was delivered here in Connecticut Monday morning at 10AM. That would be outstanding service, even on a weekday! I was already at work when it arrived, my totally non-technical wife was able to connected her laptop, our 3PC's and a printer. The enclosed check is for services rendered! Last weekend I contacted your toll free number and your tech support person spent at least 25 minutes helping me update and connect my MBR1000. The reason I am sending this check is I have felt guilty all week, as I bought the router from someone else. The place I purchased may be experts, but their expertise does me no good whatsoever if there is no one answering the phone! Your guy (Dennis?) seemed pretty expert to me, indentified a corrupt firmware file, walked me through the download and update process, as well as helping me connect 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the router. If no one had answered the phone who knows when I would have finally made contact with the store I bought from, since I work in a secure facility where phone access is very limited. I was completely ticked off after talking to Sprint Advanced Technical Support and the lady on the other end telling me their USB modems are not supported for accessing the internet with a router. We were in the process of canceling the wireless service with Sprint when I called your customer support person. Thankfully they were answering calls at 10:30 pm mountain time. The gentleman, after directing me to the router setup page, informed me the new firmware had not been loaded on the router. He also instructed me on how to download and install the new firmware. I just wanted to thank you again for making this outstanding product available, and for the great communication. I can not get DSL or cable, so I am happy to get high speed internet with a Sprint wireless card. With this Cradlepoint router, I was able to share the high speed internet with my two sons in their rooms, my wife's laptop, and a desktop in my office. I plan on taking it with me when I go on boat trips and giving my friends high speed internet access in their boats when we tie up together in the San Juan Islands. The price was very reasonable and the communication that I had about installing the software was outstanding. The bottom line is that I could not be happier with the product, communication, and fast shipping. If I could add this email to my feedback on EBay, I would do it. Hi, I hooked up my ctr-350 this morning (after you confirmed the lower case mac address) to my verizon usb data card. I was simply stunned. everything works! it actually seems faster than the USB direct connect! when i started our other notebook i simply connected to the wifi address and 'voila' i was sitting at starbucks with an expensive hot spot account. We're camped at oliver lee memorial state park in the middle of nowhere new mexico. looking west are the organ mountains and the white sands missle launch facility. at 8 am we watched a missle streak into space. it took 20 seconds to hear the launch noise...; thanks for a piece of great technology.
