We ship daily VIA USPS & UPS

We find Priority Mail Insured to be faster in most cases than UPS, especially east of the Mississippi. Prices quoted include insurance and all packaging and handling costs.

We are also able to ship USPS Express Mail, UPS, as well as FedEx

Our shipping cutoff time is generally 4PM (6PM Eastern), and 2PM most Saturdays.

International Shipping

We do ship Express Mail and Priority Mail International to Canada, Western Europe, and Australia. Click 'Contact Us' for a quote if your country is not listed on the Buy Now dropdown menu. Please include a telephone number on ALL international shipments!

Returns

Returns will be accepted if we are notified within 20 days of a problem. Please click "Contact Us" for return authorization. Returns must be mint in new condition with all packaging complete. Non Warranty returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge minimum, so please verify compatibility before you order.

Please obtain your aircard and make certain that it works in the area where you need service BEFORE you order a router from us! We do not offer a free trial period on our products, sorry! It is simply not reasonable to expect us to take back a used product and give you a full refund now is it?
