Last weekend I contacted your toll free number and your tech support person spent at least 25 minutes helping me update and connect my MBR1000. The reason I am sending this check is I have felt guilty all week, as I bought the router from someone else. The place I purchased may be experts, but their expertise does me no good whatsoever if there is no one answering the phone! Your guy (Dennis?) seemed pretty expert to me, indentified a corrupt firmware file, walked me through the download and update process, as well as helping me connect 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the router. If no one had answered the phone who knows when I would have finally made contact with the store I bought from, since I work in a secure facility where phone access is very limited.”
