Paul Says: The enclosed check is for services rendered! Last weekend I contacted your toll free number and your tech support person spent at least 25 minutes helping me update and connect my MBR1000. The reason I am sending this check is I have felt guilty all week, as I bought the router from someone else. The place I purchased may be experts, but their expertise does me no good whatsoever if there is no one answering the phone! Your guy (Dennis?) seemed pretty expert to me, indentified a corrupt firmware file, walked me through the download and update process, as well as helping me connect 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the router. If no one had answered the phone who knows when I would have finally made contact with the store I bought from, since I work in a secure facility where phone access is very limited.

I was completely ticked off after talking to Sprint Advanced Technical Support and the lady on the other end telling me their USB modems are not supported for accessing the internet with a router. We were in the process of canceling the wireless service with Sprint when I called your customer support person. Thankfully they were answering calls at 10:30 pm mountain time. The gentleman, after directing me to the router setup page, informed me the new firmware had not been loaded on the router. He also instructed me on how to download and install the new firmware. I was up and running within 5 minutes. What do those Sprint Advanced Technical Support people know? Obviously nothing. Thank you again for all your help.
